About Me

Hello! I am Bear. I'm 24 years old and I live in Saskatchewan, Canada. I am non-binary and use they/them pronouns. I am both bisexual and asexual too! I am married to my loving husband and have a small black cat named Reba.

I am not technically a furry, despite having furry characters. I'm more drawn to the cute animals than anything! I still enjoy drawing furries though and have huge respect for furries.

When I'm not drawing, I'm usually watching youtube, playing video games or catching up on my fandoms. I enjoy Steven Universe, She-ra POP, ATLA, FNAF, Pokemon, Kirby, and many many more.

About My Disabilities

As much as I'd like to separate myself from my disabilities, they are who I am. They take up my entire life. I am disabled with both mental and physical disabilities. Even my daily life is incredibly hard to get through. I am weighed down by every small task so I apologize in advance if this seeps into my art, communication or anything else.

I have both adhd and autism. I struggle with tone and social cues. If I cross any boundaries, please let me know. I've encountered several people afraid to tell me when I've crossed boundaries or made them uncomfortable because they were afraid of upsetting me, but I'd much rather just apologize and then change the way I interact with you. None of my actions or words are intentionally malicious, but more of a lack of knowledge on how to interact with people.

I struggle with CPTSD, anxiety and paranoia from trauma I suffered in my childhood. I am still recovering from what I went through. I am incredibly forgetful and do my best to remember. I do not and will not mind if you remind me of something, especially if you're waiting for a response from me. Because of my anxiety, I don't like DMs and will often avoid them unless they're strictly business or with friends. I am really not a small-talk kind of person.

I also have chronic fatigue, brain fog and joint paints plus a few other things from an unknown chronic illness. I believe I also have long covid. Even doing a simple task is a huge chore for me. This means that I often struggle with art block and I won't be able to offer a strong TAT for commissions. On good days, I can usually get it done within a few hours or few days but on bad days, it's usually a few months.

Art Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you automatically agree to the terms below.Breaking them results in a block, blacklist and removal of ownership from the art.

- My art style fluctuates, I cannot guarantee a certain style.
- You may change my art slightly (applying color filter, resizing, etc).
- You may not remove or resize my watermark from my art.
- I will make small edits to the final art if I've made mistakes or missed something but I will not make major changes to the art once it's finished. I will be sending you a wip if not multiple, that is your chance to point out mistakes or preferences.
- I post commissioned art on my socials. There is no guarantee that I will remember if you ask me not to.
- I will never work with zoophiles ("zoosexuals"), pedophiles ("maps"), proshippers, nsfw cubs or any other controversial people. If you are one, you are automatically on my DNI list.

♡ Payments
- Payments will be accepted in full in order to secure your slot in my queue. Work will not be started unless payment has gone through.
- Payment must be made through paypal (goods and services) or ko-fi only.
- Payments are non-refundable. I am not responsible if there is an error on your end, this includes your lack of planning for bills, food or anything else.
- I do not accept payment plans for art.
- You may be eligible for a refund if it has been one month without a visual wip or three months without the finished piece.
- Backing out of a payment or getting a refund behind my back will result in a block and blacklist.

♡ Fees
- Fees will never add up to more than half of the total order.
- I may charge a complexity fee if the character, order or asked for post/expression is too complex.
- I may charge a rush fee if there's a deadline for the art. I cannot guarantee your art to be done at a certain time otherwise.

♡ Designs and Adopts
- You may not change or back out of a bid for an adopt. Backing out results in a block and blacklist.
- Holds for adopts may be no longer than one month. If you're offering art, you have a one month deadline before the hold is removed.
- You may sell / trade / etc for paid adopts / designs only. You may not sell or trade free adopts / designs unless there is art added. This applies even if you got the design from a third party.
- Please don't hide or auth-only my designs. If you want to hide them, make them auth-only and then please add me to the auth list. If you're unsure on how to do that, contact me. If you don't want the character anymore, I'm willing to take them back but I cannot offer a refund / payment.
- You may change the species / gender / etc however you like.
- You may make designs slightly inspired by mine but only if you own that design or have talked to the design's owner first.
- Design changes are allowed but the overall design must still resemble the original.
- Large design changes where the character is not recognizable from the original is not allowed.
- I must always be credited for the original design, even if the character has been redesigned.
- Character design credit must always link back to my toyhouse.
- You may not gift / trade / sell / etc my designs to anyone on my blacklist.
- You may not use my design for hateful, zoophilic or pedophilic imagery.
- Zoophiles (zoosexuals), pedophiles (maps), proshippers, nsfw cubs or any other controversial people are not allowed to own my designs.

♡ Commercial Rights and Use
- You may only use my art for personal use.
- You may upload and repost my art as long as you own the character it's attached to and/or paid for it.
- You may not use my art for commercial use (merch, etc) without us discussing it first. There will be a certain percentage that we will discuss that will go to me from the sales if you do use it for commercial use.

♡ Do's and Don'ts
- I do couple art, fanart, suggestive art and even possibly nude/nsfw art.
- I will not do hate art, human / humanoid art or draw designs from closed species.
- I will not and will never draw nsfw of characters that are feral / minors.

Blacklist

These people are NOT allowed to own my art or designs. I don't add people to this list unless there's a good reason. Please don't make me add you.Zoophiles, maps (pedophiles), loli/shota, proshippers, nsfw cubs and bigots are automatically on this list.
